Drug Charges

Aggressively Fighting Drug Charges in Northern ArizonaJustice

All drug offenses are felony offense in Arizona. Certain low level drug offenses, such as marijuana and drug paraphernalia can be charged as a misdemeanor at the State's discretion. Any felony conviction will effect your rights as an American citizen.  For example, if convicted of a felony offense, you will lose your right to vote, to serve as a juror, to hold certain public offices, your ability to obtain certain licensing and your right to bear arms. A felony conviction is something you cannot afford. At The Glazer Law Office, PLLC, we recognize the impact drug crime convictions can have, and will do everything possible to defend your rights.

With 10 years of experience, we have handled many drug cases, and we know what it takes to obtain the best possible outcome. If you have been accused of a drug crime in Northern Arizona, call 928-255-5435 or contact us online to schedule a free initial consultation.

Defending You Against Drug Transportation and Sales Charges

Drug Transportation and Sales charges are very common in Arizona, if not everywhere in the nation. Arizona is not lenient on Drug Transportation and Sales cases, even if you are first time offender. If you are convicted for selling methamphetamine, whether it is Transportation for Sale or Possession for Sale, you must be sentenced to prison for 5 to 15 years, (even for a first time offense). If you are convicted for selling marijuana, whether it is Transportation for Sale or Possession for Sale, for 4 pounds or higher, you must be sentenced for 3 to 12.5 years in prison. If you are convicted for selling cocaine, whether it is
Transportation for Sale or Possession for Sale, for 9 grams or higher, you must be sentenced for 3 to 12.5 years in prison. Do not put your liberty at stake with someone who is inexperienced in handling these types of charges. The maximum fine for any felony offense is up to $150,000 plus applicable surcharges.

We have extensive experience representing clients accused of Transportation and/or Possession for sales of all drugs, such as methamphetamine, marijuana and cocaine. We will defend your rights as if our own were at stake.
